Charmit JO sells CHARM IT! charms in Jordan. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us and why.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email, governorate, area and address, and any note you add.
• If you open an account: your email and a password, which we store only in a scrambled form we can’t read.
• Your wishlist and cart, saved in your own browser so they’re there when you come back.
• Which charms are saved to wishlists, counted without names, so we know what to keep in stock. Your internet address is turned into a code that can’t be reversed and is kept for an hour, to stop automated abuse.

We never ask for or store card details: every order is paid in cash on delivery.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To email you your order confirmation, invoice and, once delivered, a link to rate your order.
• If you pressed “Notify me”, to email you once when that charm is back.

We don’t send newsletters or marketing messages, and we never sell or share your details with anyone except the courier who delivers your order.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep order details for our accounts and for any exchange or return. To see, correct or delete your information or your account, contact us.

Cookies

We use only what the shop needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in if you have an account, and your browser’s storage for your cart and wishlist. No advertising or tracking cookies.
