Delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Jordan.

• Inside Amman: JD 3.00
• Every other governorate: JD 5.00

Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days in Amman and 2 to 5 working days elsewhere. We’ll contact you before delivery to arrange a time. When an offer gives free delivery, you’ll see it in your cart and at checkout.

Paying

You pay in cash when your order arrives: no card is needed and nothing is charged online. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.

Something wrong with your order?

If a piece arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Exchanges and returns

Changed your mind? Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. The delivery fee for a change-of-mind exchange or return is paid by you, and the refund for a return is paid in cash when we collect the piece.

To start an exchange or return, contact us with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email and on your order page).

Safety

Our charms contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
